Timeleine Reflection (One C) August 31st 2012
.) I think my timeline is strong because... I filled the whole space with colours and I used a blend of good shades that make sence to my life.
.) I think I could have improved on my timeline because I have a lack of skill in the drawing department, and my colours could have been blended better.
.) My theme was about my life, I have the year and the Chinese symbol of the rat. I put the date and the year my sister was born, I also have at the end, a dark black space because I went into a dark depression after I moved to Clear Lake.
.) I used blues and black because I love th sky and the outdoors and I have black becasuse of my sadness and depression. My less dominate colours are yellow and red because I dispise the colour yellow and red does not have much importance in my life.
.) l used blue repetitively becasue I enjoy the outdoors and the outdoors are important to my life. I used the same stroke pattern because it looks cleaner and more clear.
.) I learned how to blend my colours more evenly and how to use my time because this was a time consuming project. To use time more wisly and to live one day at a time because things beyond our control happen.
.) First I decided to draw and colour at the same time, I did more of the drawing before the colour because I thought it would be eaiser to look at the big picture before I added a personality to it. It was not planned out as well as I would have like it to be but I think it turned out great!
.) Yes it is a worthwhile project because it shows what we know in drawing and colour blending. It also introduces us to our classmates and the teacher as well. I think it shows everybody how we could and how we did improve.
